Sometime we struggle to find ourselves
Amongst the eddies and flow of change:
Sense does not prevail in the turmoil,
With the resulting pain flowing around us.
At times of pain and change take heed,
Stop listening to the tick of your own engine;
Stay close, rather, to those who care,
Open your ears to others careful words.
Bruises and damage can heal over time:
Moods and emotions constantly evolve;
Finding yourself in the reassurance of others
May, over time, help soothe the troubled engine.
