THE MANY HEARTED MAN

Poem-Header-800x100-0099

The many hearted man walked amongst us:
Gathering our trust;
Engaging our spirit
Capturing our heart.

Never was he boastful.
Never was he arrogant.
Never was he hurtful.

A quiet dignity bore him along.

Without him I would not be me.
Without him I could not see.
Without him I would not be free.

He gathered my heart
He engaged my spirit
He captured my trust
The many hearted man walked amongst us.
